Room Capacity

Study rooms are available for small and large study sessions and group work. All rooms have large tables, chairs, outlets, WiFi, and whiteboards.

 

The West Campus Study rooms are located in Yosemite 235. To sign in for the room and gain access visit the information desk.

Your student or faculty ID will be required.

 

Please be mindful of the noise generated by your group. Rooms are not soundproof. Advanced reservations are highly recommended.

 

You MUST confirm your reservation via your studfent email AND check in at the front desk before going to the rooms.

If you don't check in within five (5) minutes your ENTIRE reservation will be canceled.

Note: A Daily maximum of 2 hours can be booked.

Study Room Policies

  • Rooms 2, 3, and 7 must have groups of 5 (five) or more. If smaller group than stated, you may be asked to leave in favor of larger group requesting room
  • Students may book study rooms for individual and group study for a maximum of two hours. 
  • If you don't check in within five (5) minutes your ENTIRE reservation may be canceled.
  • Each room has a maximum capacity determined by the size of the room, and groups should not exceed the maximum. 
  • Students MUST check in at the front desk before going to their rooms. By doing so, the staff can make sure the room is ready.
  • The person who books the room MUST be present to check in before going to the room. 
  • Food is not allowed in the study rooms.
  • Only drinks with secured tops are allowed in the L&LC and in the study rooms. 
  • While in the room, at least one light has to be on, and the door cannot be locked under any circumstances.  
  • Noise levels should not be heard outside the room.
  • Sleeping in the study rooms is not allowed.
