Description

What can I use study rooms for?

Study rooms, which are located inside the Library & Learning Center, are available for individual or group study.

All rooms have large tables, chairs, monitors, outlets, WiFi, and whiteboards to enable different types of project work.

How do I reserve a study room?

Advanced reservations are highly recommended.

  • Select the date.
  • Pick a time.
  • Read the policies and click Continue.
  • Complete the brief form.
  • Submit your booking.

You will recieve an email confirming your room booking. If you need to cancel your booking, there is a link in that email that you can use to cancel the booking.

How do I gain access to my room?

When you come into the Library & Learning Center, stop by the Welcome Desk to sign into your room. Please have your photo ID and your W number with you.

Because rooms are not soundproof, please be mindful of the noise generated by your group.
